1. Remember to be yourself in everything you do.

2. Don’t let other’s judgements get to you. People are only mean because they’re struggling with internal battles of their own. (Wish them well).

3. Remember that your thoughts are just thoughts and not reality.

4. Wake up early so you can start your adventures sooner & have some you time.

5. Drink lots of water.

6. Get some exercise in when you can to feel energized and feel good.

7. Go outside for a walk and enjoy some fresh air.

8. Remember that you are a badass doing the best you can.

9. Smile in the mirror and tell yourself you love yourself & that you got this!!

10. Ask God / the universe for protective light all around you.
